By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

When using our applications, you agree to:

• Not use the applications for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Not distribute any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Not engage in any behavior that may damage the normal operation of the applications
• Be responsible for the content you create within the applications

The applications and all their content, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the property of ZhiQu Future or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the applications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or trademarks
• Use our trademarks or logos without written permission

Content you create within the applications (such as countdown events, bookmarks, etc.) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your user content.

Your content is primarily stored locally on your device. We recommend that you regularly backup important data, as we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other reasons.

We do not guarantee:

• That the applications will run uninterrupted or error-free
• That the applications will meet all your requirements
• That any errors in the applications will be corrected
• That the applications or their servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZhiQu Future and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the applications
• Any actions or content of third parties

The above limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Our applications may contain links to third-party websites or services, or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.

When using third-party services, you must comply with their respective terms and conditions. We recommend that you review their terms before using these services.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use our applications. Simply uninstall the applications from your device.

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the applications without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will immediately cease.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZhiQu Future and its directors, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the applications
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you create within the applications

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the applications shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction for resolution.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ZhiQu Future regarding the use of the applications, and supersede any prior agreements.
